CHAPTER TWO

The application.

Five short questions and a piece of work to share. The application is the first step of the programme rather than the gateway to it — what you write here is what we read together on the discovery call. Honest is more useful than polished.

01

Where you're standing

Pick the closest. We can nuance it on the call.
Two or three sentences. Specific is better than tidy.
Even a sentence helps us prepare.
Aim higher than realistic. We'll shape it together on the call.
A picture of the win helps us plan the route.
02

The route ahead

A draft, not a contract. We'll go deeper on the call.
A picture of the next year helps us plan.
Artists — your EPK or one-sheet. Professionals — your portfolio or CV. A public link is easiest (Drive, Dropbox, Notion, your own site), or you can upload a PDF below if you'd rather. One or the other is fine.

What happens next

The shape of the journey.

From the moment you submit this, the programme has already begun. Here's the path the next few weeks take.

  1. 01

    The application

This page. Five questions and the work you've shared. We read every one personally — usually within five working days.

  2. 02

    The discovery call

You'll book a time on the next page. We'll have read your application and reviewed your work beforehand, so the conversation goes deeper than a long form ever could. Roughly forty-five minutes, by video.

  3. 03

    Holding agreement & deposit

If the fit is right on both sides, we'll send the holding agreement and deposit details. The deposit confirms your place; the holding agreement covers the basics in plain English.

  4. 04

    Welcome & community

A welcome email lands the same week. You're added to the cohort WhatsApp two weeks before the programme starts so the room is already warm by day one.

  5. 05

    One-to-one audit

Before the first group session, you sit down with your coach for a one-to-one audit. The honest baseline — where you actually are, what we build the twelve weeks around.

  6. 06

    The programme begins

July. The first cohort. Twelve weeks across the seven pillars, with the people, frameworks and infrastructure built around you.
